Donations
All donations made to the organization are voluntary contributions intended to support charitable and social welfare activities.
Refund Policy
As donations are voluntary in nature and are immediately allocated towards charitable programs and welfare activities, donations are generally non-refundable.
However, refund requests may be considered in the following situations:
Duplicate transaction
Incorrect donation amount due to technical error
Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction and provide:
Donor Name
Transaction ID
Donation Amount
Date of Transaction
Reason for Refund Request
Refund Review
All refund requests will be reviewed by the organization. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Cancellation Policy
Donors may choose not to proceed with a donation before completing the payment process. Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, it cannot normally be cancelled.
